I’m Hayden. I cook hearty, good-quality food in small batches from my Ulleskelf kitchen. It’s the stuff we actually want to eat – chilli, stews, ragù, mash-tops – priced fairly because I keep it simple and do it myself.

  • Small menu, done right. A few dishes each week, slow-cooked and consistent.
  • Fresh, labelled, clear. Cook date, use-by, allergens, reheating on every tub.
  • Fair prices. No delivery vans or fancy packaging, the value’s in the food.
  • Pickup 9–5 (Mon–Fri). Order ahead, I’ll have it ready when you arrive.
